I forgot my username or email
Email info@welca.ca with the rider's first and last name and the office will help you recover it.
I forgot my password
Use "Forgot Password" on the app's sign-in screen to receive a reset code by email, then choose a new password.
I'm having trouble signing in
Double-check your email and password, then try again. If it still doesn't work, email info@welca.ca and the office can look into your account.
Something in the app isn't working
Try closing and reopening the app first. If the problem continues, email info@welca.ca with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
